Wie der Workshop abläuft

  1. Kennenlernen – Ein erstes Gespräch via Zoom, um Ihre Ziele, Wünsche und die Dynamik Ihres Teams zu verstehen.

  2. Angebot & Konzept – Ich erstelle ein maßgeschneidertes Workshop-Konzept, abgestimmt auf Ihre Teams.

  3. Feinschliff – Wir klären offene Fragen und passen Inhalte an die Erwartungen der Teilnehmenden an.

  4. Bedarfsanalyse – Die Teilnehmenden geben anonym Rückmeldung, damit wir gezielt auf ihre Lernbedarfe eingehen.

  5. Workshop – Vor Ort: 2 Tage. Interaktiv, erfahrungsorientiert und lebendig.

  6. Dokumentation & Reflexion – Fotoprotokoll, Handout und Feedback werden digital bereitgestellt.

  7. Evaluation – Ein abschließendes Gespräch, um Ergebnisse zu reflektieren und nächste Schritte zu besprechen.
